The girls and I made yummy and simple peanut butter milkshakes for snack yesterday.
Blend 1 cup of cold milk and 1/4 cup of peanut butter until smooth. Add 1 cup of vanilla ice cream and blend again until smooth. Enjoy!
You can also add a sliced banana with the peanut butter, or even better, a frozen sliced banana for extra frothiness.
We had some left over, which we froze in small bowls to enjoy as peanut butter ice cream later on. :)
This recipe is also the first in our Kids' Favorites Cookbook we are making together. More to come about this... :)
We're also running a day late, but the weekly theme over at Unplug Your Kids was sticky. When I mentioned sticky, the first thing the girls thought of was peanut butter! Head over there to see all the other sticky fun projects from the week.

Yum! Peanut butter milkshakes were a favorite of mine. Unfortunately our son has a peanut allergy which makes them a no-no :(

I really like the idea of the kids cookbook! My daughter just got the preschooler recipe book "Salad People" from the library and would love to try to make her own book. You are always such an inspiration!
